Contract-to-Hire is ideal for some clients as this option allows for a trial-period to help to evaluate skill set, cultural fit, and overall quality. During the trial-period, the talent is employed by Framework.
Our Temporary Contract option provides our clients the ability to drive productivity with the flexibility to fulfill both long and short terms needs while saving on the cost of hiring a full-time employee. If the position in question is for an unpredictable work situation such as a fluctuating workload, specific project, back-to-school or seasonal peak, or to fill temporary, leave of absence void.
